In light of the beach and restaurant closings, I thought the staff did a great job of making us comfortable. It was a disappointing trip but that was not the fault of the beautiful hotel or staff.
We probably should have cancelled our stay due to the virus but it progressed rapidly while we were there.

Loved the service overall of the property.
I was a bit upset that they put us on the 4th floor facing a busy side street. We could hear the beer and food trucks unloading each morning . No one paying over $2,000 on room, food, and alcohol should be subjected to such crappy room location.
