Great hotel, really beautiful and clean, fantastic location and great facilities
Problems with the check in: they tried to say that we had not booked the rooms that we had and tried to get us to pay more money: this may have been as a result of a mistake with booking.com rather than the hotel.

We really enjoyed holiday. Hotel bases on Russian, French and Polish clients. The food was various and enough for 4* hotel. We could get anytime big bottle of water or mineral water from bar. Beach towels are for free, only change is extra charged. In Djerba is normal to have sea grass in the water and on the beach as well but hotel cleaned it every day what was nice.
Beach towels are very small. Water in pool was very cold.

The food was excellent - very large variety of food. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beach was nearby and beautiful. Rooms are clean and kept clean on a daily basis. Taxis always available outside of the hotel and can't be arranged through the assistance of the hotel if necessary.
