The staff, the pool, the service
Problems with energy, air conditioner and tv turned on and off all night, but fixed by next day

The hotel charged 19% taxes of the total amount. In addition, the receptionist promised to pack the breakfast early morning to be able to bring it with us to the airport and they did not prepare it at all. As excuse they argue that the cook arrives later so it's not possible... Regarding the facilities, they are very old and very dirty, including broken equipment. Showers were missing maintenance and only cold water was available.
