Had the buffet breakfast all of the 4 mornings. It was adequate and nutritious. A bit crowded several mornings, but, otherwise, no problems or complaints. The car company that the concierge suggested was perfect for the few times we needed transportation. Otherwise, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go.
There was nothing that was problematic or deserving of a complaint
Location wise GOOD
Breakfast very poor
People are good here great staff except one of the gentleman (Indian fellow) who works at front desk night shift, he doesn’t belong there! He should be put in back office! No customer relationships
A staff who works at night shift front desk! He is rude
The location was convenient to public transit.
Tight quarters, no fridge, no iron, no coffee in room, room service never came when ordered, ac and elevators worked sporadically.
The hotel was nice overall and has 50 floors, which is a big plus if you visit new york.
The rooms are tiny, there wasn't a closet in the room, which i found weird. Just a small one for like 5 shirts and our room was apparently for 4 people. The elevators were always full so you had to wait sometimes 10 min to go up or down.
