Cleanliness of facilities, food, location.
Just waiting on the elevators when in a rush sometimes
My room was next to the lift so every 30 seconds it sounded like the subway was arriving and leaving!
A great location with a fair price.
The valet parking attendant was very nice as was the person who brought our luggage to our room. The self parking employee, Santiago and the lady right at the entrance of the garage were the only pleasant people we came in touch throughout our entire stay.
I was highly disappointed with my stay. If it had not been for the fact that I had already paid for the entire week, I would left the same day I checked in. The room had no real closet, no space to walk without bumping into something, there was no dresser. There were 4 very small drawers and one of those was welded shut. The bathroom was so small, we could not even use the toilet without bumping into the walls, which is gross. The front desk clerk was kind of rude, the tub was dirty, no face cloths in the bathroom, no answer when we called the front desk and the list goes on and on. However, the valet and self parking attendants were awesome, as was the gentleman who brought our luggage to our room. Those are the positive things I can say about my stay.
Location excellent. Staff very helpful
Need tea or coffee facilities in the room needed
