The front desk woman who checked me in was really nice she even remembered my name when I came back the next day to ask about the spin class for the studio downstairs. It even asked me after I took a spin class how did I like it.
It’s not a good place if you’re looking for a quick tender, bumble our grinder hook up after 9:00 PM because, they asked for hotel keys to use the elevator. This is because where the hotel is located.

The hotel was very nice! The room was amazing! I am not sure how I got such a great room!
Location is subjective, but ahh it was not my favorite location in NYC, but it was convenient.
Location is great
Check in time. I arrived to New York early in the morning and was told room was not available until 4 pm. An email was going to be sent to notify me when a room was available, I waited and waited and decided to go back at 3 and the room was already available. I received the email around 6 telling me my room was ready. I was tired from the flight and couldn’t refresh myself because no rooms were available.
