Very large dorm room with secure lockers and individual lights and sockets on each bed. The kitchen facilities were good and there is a comfortable lounge area in the check-in area. Perfect location close to the city centre and main transport hubs and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Although I did not have breakfast, it looked great and the food I had in the evening was very tasty
I don't think that towels were provided for guests staying in the hostel and the bathrooms were a little small for the number of guests on each floor

The second time staying here and the hostel is still good to stay. I already stayed in the second floor and the fourth so I recommend staying the top floor to enjoy a better view of the city (and seems that the room on the top floor has a wall dividing eight-bed dormitory so that you will only face the other three people instead of seven).
Another tip is to open up windows in the room sometimes even when it's cold outside in order to improve ventilation. Although male guests can borrow a hairdryer through the reception, it's still better to put one in the shower room as I think so many men do need it, not only ladies.
