Hotel Victoria

Breakfast is great: French toast, croissant, cheese cake, brownie cake, three kinds of granola and oatmeal plus candied ginger, poppy seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, coconut, raisins, yoghurt, fresh cut fruit, soy milk and milk milk, sausage, fried egg, trout pate, Greek salad, another salad, apple juice, oj, currant juice (all 100 percent from regional growers), cappuccino, milk tea, etc. Location is great: easy walking distance to the station and the old town and its churches and museums and restaurants and Durer House and even the castle (well, that's a bit of a hike up a hill). They have tasty herb/lemon/plain water by the front desk, and tea. The shower and bath were easy to use; there were plenty of open plugs to use in convenient places.

Our room had an attic slope on one side that made it seem smaller ...

Amazing place to stay.

Hotel is situated in beautiful historical building, very clean and well organised. We were pleasantly surprised by the welcome drink we received. Breakfast were also nice - I would especially recommend their muesli, so delicious! Everybody from stuff were super lovely and helpful and made us feel welcomed. They really care about the feedback and making sure everything is all right in this hotel. All the major attractions are in walkable distance which is a great advantage in city as beautiful as Nürnberg is!

Noise outside of the hotel- unfortunately hotel is next to spot where young people gather to get drunk and high. We had to listen to around 20 people in front of our windows having biggest fun of their lives by loudly burping and shouting until 2 am (it was Thursday night so I do not want to imagine Friday/Saturday). Due to loud music they had on and noise they were making we did not enjoy our night.

Location -- across the street from the Hauptbahnhof and close to the Alt Stadt.

No air conditioning but a fan was provided.
