I liked the breakfast and I liked the interior of the room, the reception and breakfast room.
1. The outside hallway was not pleasant to look at. 2. I asked the staff three times that my safe does not work. The battery needed to be changed. I told the staff on evening on Day 1, morning of Day 2 and evening of Day 2, and finally in the morning of Day 3, day of departure. The staff was friendly (except for one) but none of them actually followed up with my request. This caused inconvenience on my part because I had to carry all my belongings with me all day. And there was no effort to compensate or even acknowledge failure.

The location of the hotel is great. Close to the main train station and the historical part of the city. There is a supermarket close by and nice little shops and Cafes. We really liked the size of the room - it was sooo spacious and very comfy.
Our room was in the first floor so the view wasn't great. We were facing a main street with a lot of traffic. Also the room wasn't that soundproofed - we could hear people talking in the corridor.
