Very helpful and friendly staff, clean room, excellent breakfast, close to the Playmobil Fun Park.

I loved the breakfast. Not the usual buffet stuff. And the staff was extraordinary - they really made an effort to make you feel welcomed and a valued guest. Simple thing like remember your name or bringing coffee from the self service maschine.

Wonderful breakfast! Lots of choices, great pastries and coffee. Rooms were clean and modern, staff very helpful. Air conditioned hotel, that is a rarity in Bavaria. They are one of the closest hotels to Playmobil FunPark in Zirndorf, only four minutes away. They have a car park in the basement that costs 8 euros per night (there is apparently free parking somewhere around the hotel).

We told them a day ahead we might arrive early if we got into Munich on airline employee pass travel, we called on arrival to Munich to tell them we would be there at 11:30 AM. When we got to the hotel they seemed surprised that we thought they would have rooms available for us. Since our young grandchildren were asleep in the car, we too slept in the car for an hour as we waited for rooms to be ready. I think we could have been more clear that we were hoping to have rooms available after our all-night flight.
