location. good cakes at breakfast. electric points in right places in room and good shelf in bathroom
breakfast -monday 30 dec - they ran out of 'real' juice (stuff from the machine was terrible) and there was no fresh fruit except halves of kiwis. (no oranges in sicily, in prime orange season?) they had both the day before. room 303 (and others in same position): if offered this, ask to move. this room should not be sold. its only natural light is through outside stone staircase, so v dark. also zero privacy, if you open curtains, as platform outside room is used by cleaners and maintenance staff for their equipment. so they start moving it all around early, then use the corridor outside your room to park it and have loud conversations.

Great breakfast. Very gentle staff. Comfy room. Location in a walk distance to main attractions. A nice place to stay in Palermo!
We have stayed in a low level room, too much close to restaurant and reception. A little noisy. They should make an acoustic treatment in the restaurant; if two tables start to chat, the whole ambient is involved. Just to mention.
