Friendly, helpful staff. Good location. Very good food.
Having to pay a deposit for all inclusive drink glasses and keep them or the cards for the whole week. Having to pay if we wanted to change our pool towels during the week. Pool not heated. Indoor bar needs to be refurbished to have more of a holiday feel. It was like a working men’s club. No evening entertainment until 9.30. No outdoor bar or lighting to sit outside after 6pm

Bedroom small but clean and adequate nice balcony need tea coffee in room. Very clean and tidy. Outside pools nice.
Unable to book al a carte restaurant even though in our booking. Inside bar area absolutely awful felt very depressing with brown walls no light awful décor. No tea coffee facilities in room. Entertainment terrible. Indoor pool tiny.
