Location
On arrival we were given 2 rooms resembling dungeons. When asked if we could be moved or have a refund the initial reply was "NO". We were moved eventually to a great room but after less than 2 days we left & got a flight to Malaga

The breakfast was very good with plenty of choices.The location was brilliant with the beech and shops on your door step. The area around the hotel is flat and very suitable for walking.
Very few English stations on the TV (BBC1,BBC2 and BBC NEWS) Cost of safe in room dear.(Thought it would have been included in the price)

Great location, staff very nice, entertainment every night. Food good. Bedroom very clean. Large balcony. Rooms cleaned every day. fresh towels. Wi Fi very good. Would stay in this hotel again.
Cheap alcohol served in the bar due to customers on all inclusive package. Furniture dated. You had to pay €10 deposit for remote control which i never heard off before
