The location wasn't nice
The hotel was clean and modern, very comfortable beds, practical and airy.
design of room
Distance to metro station
very noisy rooms. sink in the middle of a room. opposite from the highway. 1km from the nearest metro station. reception allways crowded, no chance to ask for a help. terrible neighborhood. the most boring and poor breakfast ever.would not recommend to anybody!
To be honest I did not like anything in this hotel...
Staff has very poor level of english. When we arrive to our room, I found 3 used condoms on my bed! I spoke to the manager Jemilla, she gave us a new room and she said she will reduce the price of our stay and free breakfast, she wrote something in French on our receipt and she left. In fact we got a free breakfast (not worth these 5 euros), frozen butter, youghurt, dry bread, very poor. Whenever we were checking out and I wanted to get my money back as Jemilla said (because we already pay for our room at the check in), duty manager said he does not know anything about that, and Jemilla was not there. Basicically she lie to us saying that we will get a free 1 night at the hotel. Very bad exprience, will not come back there any more!
The shower changed between red, green and blue lights and the bed was very comfortable:-)
Cheap and clean
The only things that I liked about this hotel was the price and that it was close to the metro.
Practically everything. The receptionist gave me somebody else's hotel room. The docket had another persons name on it. My girlfriend actually heard the receptionist say "I'm tired of all the Irish" to another person behind reception. My surname is O'Connor, she gave me the room booked for O'ReilIy. Ireland were playing France in Paris the next day and the hotel was practically full of Irish prople. Then, the next morning, I had to check in again for the second night, even though I originally booked two nights and they tried to charge me an extra €6 for the room. Not that this is a huge amount or anything but there was no way I was paying extra money for this glorified prison cell. The windows in the room wouldn't open
Location and price were the key elements in making us choose this hotel. I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel had Wifi free and it helped quite a bit.
