Mai House Patong Hill

Almost everything was perfect. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms with free mini bar, decent swimming pool, amazing view, calm environment away from central Patong's chaos. Free shuttle is available every hour to central Patong with 15 min. distance. Generally 9.7/10

Breakfast is full of lunch and dinner meals and breakfast meals with pork such as ham. I was hoping for more choice of cheese. It's still above average but worse compared to other facilities in Mai house. 8 points for breakfast.

The staff were all lovely, happy to assist us where needed and everyone was great with our 2 kids. The was a variety of food on offer at breakfast and it was nice to try something different. Food at the opium den was delicious and the service was great!

I would suggest not having the family suites right next to the pool as pool hours are supposed to be 7am-7pm and yet at 11pm there were still a lot of Chinese people in the pool making so much noise. I had to call reception a few times as the noise would wake our little ones up.

It was so clean and the cleaning staff were great compared to other places we stayed in phuket. This was our honeymoon, the bed is super comfortable. They even give free snacks etc and two free beers very generous compared to other Thai places. Free shuttle our other hotel did not have! We were so happy, it really is excellent value for money

We had no issues with Mai House. I would like to add that we paid almost double the money for another very fancy hotel near kamala beach and we had so many more problems there. Mai house was absolutely great

Nice hotel, friendly staff, reasonable prices at the restaurant, family room is good choice for small family. Good swimming pool. good drop off and pick up from the mall.
