Mostly everything: architecturally & design interesting building. It’s new hotel so it’s fresh,clean. Good layout easy accessibility for special needs. Cool coastal design throughout from rooms to reception, restaurant to pool area. Comfortable pool & spa zone. ( jacuzzi, steam room, sauna indoor pool lovely!) Great comfy beds & linen, robes...superb Balcony & view onto the sea. Bar & staff attentive. (Brazilian Lady in the restaurant at night was very helpful. Thank you.)

Where it was situated... seemed like it was in an industrial area, yet coastal. Odd! Staff in general ( reception to restaurant) weren’t well-connected to the guest. Made me feel like just another number. No warm attentiveness or interest. The girls/servers on the breakfast shift in the restaurant, it seemed as if we were bothering them ... they are just doing a job! Not at all invested, in fact, they we’re bothered when I asked about coffee! Inadequate instinct when dealing with a child with special needs. These are significant qualities service industry individuals must hv when dealing with guests, that’s what makes one a cut above the rest.

Loved the view from our balcony of the sea. The breakfast was excellent. Comfortable beds with modern design rooms. Lifts were efficient. Parking is easy. Pool was great. Good bar offering bar snacks as well.
