The location was great and convenient and near the Wenceslas Square.
The room that was give tos is has a little stairs, might not be good for old people although it was about two to three steps.

The location its perfect, close to everything you need to see in Prague. The hotel is spotless clean, modern and comfortable. The staffs are really friendly and kind. I would totally recommend and I will definitely stay here again.

Had a very good impression about staff of the hotel - polite, helpful, easy to ask and ready to assist you with any issues. I was made a pleasant surprise for my birthday and that was really nice. We happened to stay in the hotel during this rapidly changing situation with COViD and in my opinion everything was arranged in a good way without panic and managing to take care of people in a comfortable way. Good location. Clean room and super tasty scrambled eggs. I would say that I haven't revealed any negatives to be mentioned.

Wonderfully friendly staff
The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and did everything possible to make our visit pleasant. The room was quiet, and reasonably well set up. Very close to train station, and very convenient to most parts of Prague.
