Quality of furnishings and location. Great coffee.
Low sloping ceiling so banging head when getting into bed. Only one bedside lamp and plugs behind bed not easily accessed on side under sloping roof. Not as advertised when making the booking. Shower not as pictured and small cubicle. Apartment was too big and disjointed layout for two people. Noisy outside on the Friday and Saturday night and had early start next day so not ideal. Didn't get the courtyard facing penthouse studio that was booked but given a so called "upgrade" to an apartment Street facing. We did speak to the receptionist who was lovely but unfortunately her manager wouldn't approve moving us to the room we had booked due to cleaning costs??

The room was very spacious and well appointed with stylish amenities.
Although the location is great being right in the city centre, our room had a great view of the street. The noise however was noticeable especially on a Saturday night.
