This modern hotel is in Rome's historic district - 600 meters from the fashionable Via Veneto street and within 1.5 km of the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, and the shops of Via Condotti.
Pros: nothingCons: not even a 3 star hotel
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff and clean rooms.Cons: The location is not particularly convenient for public transit or tourist destinations.
Pros: NothingCons: This hotel was terrible. It was the smallest room I have ever stayed in. The A/C wasn't working in the room. I complained and the guy came and said he cleaned the filter and it would cool but it did nothing. Bathroom was tiny and old. Not a 4 star hotel.
Pros: I did not like anything specifically.Cons: There was NO air conditioning available. The room was very hot all of the time. VERY SMALL bathrooms. This is NOT a '4 Star' hotel.
Pros: The staff and breakfast.
Pros: Room was immaculate.Cons: It was rated online as a 4 star, but it seemed no better than adequate. Room was tiny.
Pros: The service was great!!! Hotel employee were AWESOME!!!
Pros: This hotel has great continental breakfast with a wide variety of meats, cheese, fresh fruits and bakery goods.Cons: The hotel is 20-min walking distance from Termini Station compare to numerous hotels located closer. The AC, Wi-Fi, and refrigerator in the room didn't work. 1.5 out of 5 days no hot water. The view from the room window were the 3 stinky hotel dumpsters!
Cons: room was too small. when shower water slopped over the shower room. Everything not like a 4 star hotel
There is an excellent pizza place right across the street. Bus stops right outside the hotel and takes you into the Termini which was very convenient.Pros: This hotel was promoted as 4 star. I would argue that is more fitting of a 2 star rating. I would have changed hotels, but as I had already paid, I couldn't justify the extra spend.Cons: Room was small. Dark. Bathroom was tiny--I am a small person and barely could fit through the shower doors.
There are some local restaurants and stores very near the hotel that have very hospitable owners and it made the trip that much more enjoyable.Pros: Location, close to the park and other walkable points in Rome. The staff were friendly enough. The room was clean.Cons: Okay, this was rated as a 4 star hotel and I would definitely rate it as a 3 star hotel. Especially considering the other 4 star hotels in the same area with bell men etc. Sadly, there was smell coming from the check in area or from outside sewer?
Pros: Hotel was relatively close to a Metro StationCons: Service was a bit slow, and the staff was not very nice at times.
