The location
Mouldy bathroom broken beds no maid cleaned in 5 days couldn’t leave cases on final day wouldn’t ring a taxi only hand towels paid for pool or sea view had a view into a wall then a garden where drug dealers do there business

Hotel was in a good location, easy to find. Staff were helpful and the use of the locker/luggage room was very appreciated. Room was clean and tidy upon arrival.
Balcony door seemed broken, did not want to close very well. Hotel quite noisy (sound between rooms, common areas, guests in the pool area) but I think this is to be expected given the area.

Location and view amazing. Everywhere very clean. Good kitchenette with nearly everything you need. Great value. Comfy beds (if you like a very firm mattress which I do!) good aircon
Wifi not great in the rooms. Balcony not great for privacy. No bottle opener or corkscrew

Great value and location is good
Myself and my friend had our phones and wallet stolen, reception wouldn’t let us call bank to cancel bank accounts. No phones in the rooms , friend trying to contact us to help with money they wouldn’t even call us for the phone call. Only one receptionist ( nights receptionist )was helpful - printed off map to police station for us. All the rest especially day receptionists are ignoring you for ages when you need anything.
