Location is good, room tidy.
Our luggage arrived later as it was left behind in Zurich. The reception asked if we want it delivered to our room when it arrived. We decided to have it in the morning when we wake up. When I called the next morning to ask for the luggage, I was informed I need to pick it up as they don't bring it up to the room and he was abrupt. It was inconsistent. Don't have breakfast on the first hour as it was full of Chinese tourist and is crowded.

The staff was helpful and changed our room to a room that was oriented towards the street, there was much less noise and we slept much better.
The first night we were in a room that was oriented towards an inside area where a huge air conditioning machine was running and made a very loud noise the whole night. This should be changed because in 4 star hotel, quietness should be a priority.

The location is close to the Centro but quite far to walk to the beach.. good restaurants around
Its not worth the price of what you paid for. The room is basic, noisy and the walls are so thin and literally you will hear everything. The shower is so small. Our floor was bit dusty.
