Excellent location. Staff were good and helpful. Warm welcome. Got a complimentary upgrade. Good breakfast collection. Nice touch overall from all staff we interacted with.

The Concierge and front desk staff were excellent responded to all requests and were highly professional
The web page suggests you can see the lagoon from terraces a key usp. This is actually a superior private area and is misleading. Breakfast was adequate although friendly staff didn’t explain what was and wasn’t included I’d have expected the choice of fresh cooked eggs for the price. Dinner outside was disappointing the chairs uncomfortable and without cushions meals ambience disrupted by passers by who almost knocked the waiter over.
