The location is very good: in the center of the historic town. The small room had a small fridge and a balcony.
Hard to find someone at the reception and the only person who speaks English was not very friendly.

The hotel is very well located, a block from the water in the most attractive part of town.
Very tired decor and furnishing. Wifi only worked in the very small reception area. Breakfast is mediocre. Overall, poor value for the price we paid.
