The air conditioning system was decent.
Very basic hotel. The reception desk is only open for a few hours each day, and doesnt have any information on taxis, buses, maps of the place, etc. Our room was only cleaned once during our 7 night stay, bed linen and towels also only replaced once. Very outdated. Sockets hanging out of the wall which is quite dangerous. Beds were so uncomfortable. The balcony was tiny, only really room for one person on it. The pool was quite small with very little room for sun lounging around it, there was only about 5 deck chairs. A good 20 minute walk into vilamoura marina.

Location was good, nice area, walkable restaurants, pool side dining. Spacious apartments. Nice staff.
Paving slabs around the pool uneven we all tripped over them and my son got a cut and infected foot. They are dangerous and someone could sue. Pool could be cleaner ( grimy sides and surface debris)
