Caravel Hotel Zante

It's clear that it's a mission to keep customers satisfied which is very good. The staff is really well trained, speak good English and do all possible to exceed your expectations. We booked a room with breakfast and got a free upgrade to all inclusive. There was a misunderstanding in the spa and we got a free 15 min. massage as compensation. The buffet had plenty of options, including gluten free and vegetarian food. The room was spacious, beds very comfortable and a great large shower with a separated toilet.

Not really a bummer but advise for the resort, sometimes when I just had the last bite, somebody came to get my plate. I'd recommend to pick plates up as soon as the customer has left the table, because now the staff gives a rushed impression. Also, after having a massage it was asked to complete a customer satisfaction survey, which is fine but asking to complete a survey when leaving the spa would give a much more relaxed impression rather than when having to answer these questions while still recovering from the massage.

Outstanding service. The staff are polite, attentive and always available to help.

The hotel was simply a kind staff dream and the complex is simply modern and of a high standard without a doubt i will return to the hotel. Thank you

Location wonderful, staff amazing. Overall a very well run hotel. The pool was gorgeous the sea a few steps away was a super bonus. First time at an adults only hotel with a nice mix of young and older couples free of child rearing responsibility, it was a revelation especially when we returned to a 5 star hotel in Kefalonia and there were kids crying and parents shouting.

Only one thing the beds were not comfortable

This was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in by far, definitely coming back
