The location is perfect and the hotel in general is lovely. Would recommend.
Only downside was the housekeeping didn't replenish the coffee or milk, we had to keep asking for it, and you get changed €2 for a bottle of water. Which I think should come with the room.

Hotel is in a good central location. Nice bedrooms, bathroom a little tired compared to the rest of the room. Good breakfast buffet with lots of options. Nice pool area. Pool bar with drinks, ice creams and snacks. Spa pool was small, not a proper swimming pool. Hotel rooms with pools are hit and miss - some of the pools get shade throughout the day. Hotel was good but the general area of Kalamaki wasn’t great (depending on your tastes). There were a few nice restaurants and bars around

Breakfast was done well, reception is very helpfull: Elena does a good job. And so is the rest of the staff.
It's a dated hotel, things need maintainance; bathroom, swimmingpool, the old school look. Pillows were hard and rooms noicy.

We loved the service we received and were welcomed from the off-set by Elena on reception who led us to our room and arranged for our bags to be delivered. We were given an informative tour of the luxury room and made to feel valued customers. We loved the facilities and care that the staff offered in spades - nothing was too much trouble. A truly excellent stay!
