“Everything. We had a balcony room overlooking the pool and it was lovely to sit there when it got a bit cool in the evening. The food was excellent with a good choice for all tastes. The buffet was just like a normal hotel buffet except the wearing of masks and plastic gloves were essential and not an option. The staff were always helpful and polite and the hotel public areas were elegant and comfortable with greenery and waterfalls behind glass walls. The hotel is situated about 5 minutes walk from the beach and promenade where there are many cafes and shops available. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who visits benidorm even if it's just an overnight stay. It's not the cheapest but for my husband and I it is the best hotel in benidorm.”
