I stayed 3rd time in past 15 days. The lady who checked us in didn't understand anything, The manager did come and started talking nonsense. If you don't understand then ask but not just start commenting without understanding. I was surprised such a person was even hired by Marriott.

Best place to stay in Boston. Lots of options in terms of things to do, and quality designer stuff to shop as well as excellent restaurant options! Hotel is impeccable and ranks super high in hospitality! Loooove it!

Pros (+) Lobby and dining areas were nice and modern, room a little outdated. Price was okay for staying in downtown Boston, location is good- in walking distance to sites
Cons (-) Arrived a little after 3pm to check-in, was told room would be ready within the hour (normal check in is 4pm) I called around 4:15pm and was told room was still not ready, did not get a text until 6:15pm that room was ready. Yes they stored our luggage while we went out and did our thing but that’s very disappointing, never had issues like that with a Marriott before...

Cons (-) Most hotels I stay in offer water & have it randomly placed around the hotel. There was none to be found here; including the gym. When we attempted to use the vending machine to buy some, only took $1.@@ or coins. We only had larger bills.

Pros (+) It was in walking distance to restaurants, shopping and many historical sites. I had an amazing view of the harbor and the room was very comfortable and clean
