Cons: Follow your own policies. Allow people to board (economy plus) with their hand luggage who have followed all the rules and chosen a seat in the front of the plane. My daughter and my KLM approved baggage were taken by the boarding crew while allowing other passengers to go with more than allowed

Pros: Greece was amazing. Traveling to the islands made the trip worth while. Highly recommend ensuring ferry tickets are purchased 48 hours in advance so they don’t sale out. The food was amazing (especially the homemade Tzatziki sauce). So much to do, plan accordingly!!

Pros: LOVED the cup of Ramen anytime snack and curved utensils for eating on a moving plane, genius! Service and quality of product is great. If possible, I will always Choose Cathay Pacific airlines over any US Legacy Airlines to Asia any day!

Cons: Stop shrinking the check-in luggage size and allowable weight every few years. It's a nuisance to have to buy new luggage every few years when perfectly working luggage has to be thrown away because of size requirement shrinkage.

Cons: The food could have definitely been better too many shrimp and fish options even in the morning for breakfast. I was happy there has been a pasta served for dinner otherwise I wouldn’t have eaten the entire flight! Shrimp for breakfast isn’t an option for American folk and the movie selection

Pros: I booked my business flight through kayak, but looks like kayak is using Flyus.com who’s has a nasty customer service. Even requesting meals cost money. Air China can’t do anything with my flight and are sending me to the kayak.com. I will never again book through kayak and will be reporting this

Cons: got crushed here at airport. There was a lot of people here at 5am. No one was at the ticket counter and all check-ins were automated. So no staff available at ticket counter. The auto system didn’t recognize my passport with the ticket. Then I had to go to duty manager who was not helpful.

Cons: The battery for my electric wheelchair was seized in China for being over regulation (despite the fact that it was not). No accommodation was provided. AirChina put me on the plane after inspecting the battery. I would discourage any disabled passengers from traveling through China)

Pros: The flight was surprisingly empty compared to flying to Abu Dhabi. I had an entire row to myself. I was able to lay out and sleep peacefully without worrying about the traveler in front of me leaving their seat back. Highly recommend Etihad airways!

Crew members need practice in pronouncing English, and louder. Crew volume was too low compared to captain. American movie selection was too limited.

Cons: Kayak.com did not notify me my flight was cancelled. By my own dumb luck I showed up early enough for Air China to put me on a plane that was boarding. Come on kayak. You failed to provide details that could have ruined my trip. Get it together.

Pros: Very friendly crew and ground staff. Excellent food onboard, great entertainment system, and it was easy to get some rest. The business class layout is ideal when traveling with a companion.

Cons: The seats feel a little cramped due to limited stowage space and a fairly narrow legrest. Lounge in Beijing lacked air conditioning.
