There’s lots of problem I faced from Bom to Doha that experience was worst I never faced before like this

To many ads. 3 or 4 between each movie. All repetitive, all related to Doha which I was just passing thru.

The crew was courteous and efficient. There was no entertainment or liquor service on this short international flight.

I had already opted for Vegan food before 2 months yet they say we have no record for it,

Was required to print a boarding pass, which I'd prefer to avoid. Seat (economy x) was comfortable, service was excellent.

Boarding delayed, no communication. I left the lounge, and heard a final call, boarding started after a 30 minutes.

The 2nd flight from Doha to Mumbai was not of international level expected while booking with Qatar

Food could be much better. Entertainment needs lot of improvement. The luggage came out open with broken bags. The flight landed at 3:15 PM in US and by the time bags came out it was 5:15 PM or so. Staff at airport was aggressive and not polite.

I encountered challenges with the boarding staff during the boarding pass issuance process, leading to disagreements. Despite my agent's information that carrying a small cabin bag along with a separate bag containing my laptop and purse was permitted, the boarding staff did not allow it.

Old cabine without flat bed in business for a 12 hour flight is not acceptable

Excellent apart from transport to actual plane 10 minutes from the actual gate , walking out in the tarmac in the rain and having to climb stairs to enter while holding luggage.

They charge me for luggage which is was included on the ticket

Good aorcraft 777 but Worst food ever Breakfast was a bû’with matonnaise… Staff was nice but invisible most of the flight

Everything went smoothly with Air France. There was a delay in departure which seemed to relate to the immigration services being short staffed.

I have used Air France and KLM many times it will help if they change their menu's feel like it's been the same for years!!!, Especially the breakfast. Overall the flight was good and enjoyable.

No bording was given for next trip on same carrier, food was very moderate.

Lost luggage, 2 bags were badly damaged and one of the bags came open.

A couple of minor delays in boarding but very professional and efficient staff.

Crew was professional. Boarding has few seats . Since the plane was not full would have been nice to change seat on the internet

Flight canceled and then “uncanceled” after I booked are placement. I had to pay for both a Turkish Air doesn’t admit their mistake

On line check in needs a lot of improvement. I tried and gave up.

Flight attendants were harsh, food could be better, took way too long to pick up food trays, were stuck with the crying babies the entire to and from trip. Restrictions of 8 kg for cabin luggage is ridiculous that’s barely 2 pairs of pants, shirts, shoes. There shouldn’t be any restrictions on the carry on luggage size except the checked in luggage. Attendants don’t even help with putting luggage in cabin space. Attendant picked up food tray and spilled cherry juice all over my husband and has the nerve to come back to ask why he hadn’t changed his clothes.

Crew announced boarding started and they asked passengers to form a queue. Actual boarding didn’t start and queue was not moving for around 40-50 mins. Very poor management.

I canceled this flight after turkish airlines did not provide any consideration for a death in the family while in Singapore

Service for wheelchair person is very poor. No display at exit door from Delhi to Istanbul airport, so you cannot decide where to go, and the helper for wheelchair person asked $10.00 american money, when I said you should not charge or I asked him to take indian money. He said he needs only American dollars and bring me back and dropped me at the same exit door helplessly. I felt bad very much but was helpless. And ranaway. I was to take his picture to post it on the website. So many passengers were waiting for the help, ultimately one buggy came and helped the passengers and the driver did not ask any money. Please let the air authorites know the incident.

Clean, well presented, comfortable business class seats. Good service and attention and good privacy when needed. Excellent trip and would use them again.

The flight was delayed by 1.5 hours without much explanation and they ran out of complimentary bag for inflight comfort. Would like to know if i can can get compensation

I had connection flight. I barely made it to the next flight. I had to run to get to the next flight which was far away from where my first flight was landed . On top of that they search my stuff before boarding that added to the time. Food was ok but they forgot to serve our row with drink and also when it was our turn, they ran out of second option for food and we didn’t have any options for food.

Overall very comfortable experience. I had requested vegan food but the only option was a sandwich with vegetables and cheese. I removed the cheese and ate the sandwich ( tasted pretty good) but wish it was offered without cheese.

Checking in could not be done in the UK for this prt of the flight . Since we only had an hour and a bit at Singapore it was very stressful not knowing if we had appropriate seats. The flight itself was Ok and the 787 had a bit more legroom than the777 from Munich to Singapore. Food wasn't great.

Horrible crowding on the seats, headphones provided did not fit or work in the entertainment center, seriously the most uncomfortable flight I have taken in a LONG time. The people in front of me were literally 5 inches from my face the entire flight. Did they change their seats recently? I remember it being tight but wow this was a whole new level. Also I am a 5'3" small woman so I can't even imagine a larger person dealing with that for 11 hrs.

The special meal was not correct. But the female stewardess who handled the problem did such a good job correcting the issue. She deserves recognition for understanding and providing customer service and having patience.

Very poor, flight cancelled, no help from Lufthansa customer service.

Only two check in counters for online bag drop, economy and premium economy clients, NO management supervision whatsoever, no announcements, whilst Business and first class had three check in counters operational, with the bulk of clients flying economy on a 747…..very poor service indeed. Stood in a queue for two hours to check in!!!!!! The flight crew were equally indifferent.

Seats on the A320 were more comfortable than the A330 I took from RSW to Frankfurt

Terrible. After landing I got info that my next day trip to Toulouse was cancelled. Lufthansa offered me an alternative route via Lyon and lisboa, so I'd end up in Toulouse at midnight, missing all my trains and unable to book a car to reach my town on the morning, where I am expected to turn up to work. I tried to reschedule my flight by talking to an agent. Was waiting in the web chat queue 2 hours (there was 200 people before me), and when I finally got an agent he has decided to end up our chat just after I explained him the situation. Not sure if it was technical glitch or blatant act of disrespect. Either way I had to buy myself a ticket from easy jet from Lyon to Toulouse, so I'll be there at midday. I do not understand why Lufthansa did not rebooked me to that flight in the first place, deciding that is is a better idea for me to waste 12 hours more for multiple flights. Extremely annoying and disrespectful

They lost my bags and I didn't get them for 4 days after. This also happened to about 30 other people on my flight from fra to MAA (I know bc we were all filing claims in line together from the same flight.)

The first flight from Denver was okay in terms of food and service of the crew. However, in the second flight they did not have the food I had requested prior to boarding and service was also poor. Never booking a flight with Lufthansa again.

Flight was delayed for 5 hours and we missed our connecting flight. Got rebooked for a late flight and lost our luggage. We lost a day for our vacation and missed a tour that I booked. We are with zero clothing at this time as they have no trace of our luggages. Please help us recover some of our money for the inconvenience.

Quick boarding Clean aircraft Departure delayed but landed early Evening wrap was very good, breakfast was okay.

This was a late night flight but the lights was on all the time and kids were screaming and many people were so loud. I was expecting to have a little rest on the plane considering it is late night but this way I couldn't. I think if at least the light would've been off / lower then people could feel they should be quieter.

Despite many attempts to work out a change, neither British Airways nor Kayak nor Chatdeal would allow us to cancel or change this flight so we lost all of the payments when we were not able to fly. Absolutely terrible customer service. We will never use either of the services again.

Seated in business class. Bed too hard and no comforter. Way too many seats in business class for number of crew so never felt particularly looked after.

Biz class has a middle seat. 🙄. WiFi only for first class. No free seat assignments. Basically nickel and dime approach. They need to take lessons from Singapore Air and the likes. Never again.

I was unable to input the API information in online. I phoned and a member of staff input it for me, however when I went to check in online was told that I had not entered the API needed. It took 7 seperate calls to get all the information added. I added bags separately to booking the flights. When I went to check bags in at the airport and print the lable the machine kept telling me I didn't have bags, despite the online information telling me that I had. A helpful member of staff at Gatwick sorted and printed the lables.

Horrible experience! We sat in the plane at the gAte and had a delay of about 4 hours! Captain said it was due to the tug not being able to disengage from the aircraft . When we finally took off it was evident that we had missed out connection and tbough BA rebooked us on a later flight it caused us to miss an orientation meeting and dinner in Geneva. Once in the second flt from gatwick to Geneva we again were delayed( again sitting in the plane )for an hour after boarding waiting for apparently an air traffic problem to resolve. Another annoyance was paying seat fees twice to upgrade our seats towards the front of the plane to ensure overhead cabin space and were told at the gate they are boarding from the rear! This should be stated when making reservations!! On the first flight from Jfk there was a sick person on board snd they asked for assistance. For the rest I of the flight a person kAyed on the glue if the planes covered in blankets . Very unsettling to say the least!I have several flights booked with BA and I’m seriously rethinking this. Awful flight. My pre-booked seat was given to a crew member and I was substituted with an awful seat next to the toilet. When I asked about it I was treated with contempt for daring to ask. Par for the course on BA at present.

Too many passengers are bringing two large bags, neither fit under the seat so space is limited and the crew ask for many people to check bags

The 1st flight was delayed by 7h. We missed the connection flight. They rebooked us another flight after 8 hours lay over and we had to take another connection flight after 6 hour lay over. Overall experience was horrible
