Buena limpieza y buen desayuno. Camas muy comodas.

Breakfast was substantial. A bit of a walk to the wine cellars (30 minutes or so) but not too bad. Easy to access from large roads and not tucked away in a labyrinthine city. Metro is easily accessible. Helpful front desk.
Parking was limited to a small offsite garage (for a fee) and street parking was hard to find. Beds weren't comfortable and overall the rooms were pretty bare and rundown.

It was noisy because of the 24/7 petrol station on the oposite corner.
