extremely helpful reception staff - best encountered..Junior suite very roomy...great location if you have transport ..great design

I stayed in a junior suite which was really spacious and comfortable. Everything was neat and clean. The staff was really helpfull and spoke perfect English. Breakfasts were excellent and so was meals in the other restaurants.

Quite it a bit away from the main historic attractions in Porto: one could not just quickly slip out for a stroll/visit somewhere. Also quite a distance to the restaurants on the river front.

heating wasn't working

The rooms are huge! The suite looks like a flat. The views over the city of Porto/ocean/river and surroundings are breathtaking. The spa is good, special when you are alone with your love one. The romantic program included dinner at candle light in room. Recommended, the food where delicious. Congratulations to the chef.

When arrived, they put us in a normal room when we reserve the special romantic program. After 20 min or so they call us to apologise and switch us to the suite. After that they phone us three times to apologise :-) Very friendly in spite of the mistake.
