Grand Inna Kuta

The service of the guy on the front desk was discusting. He tried charging us for drinks from the mini bar but we did not care that we did not have them. He ignored us and said he would call the police. It was discraceful service and wrecked the end of our holiday. I will never stay there again.

Location is great. Buffet breakfast was good with sufficient choices. Staff was helpful and accommodating whenever we request for items like outlet adaptors and packaging tapes.

Yes, the House keeping staff should clean the rooms well and use better smelling fabric detergent or softeners for their sheets, towels and pillow cases. Their bed throw pillows were soiled and smelly.

My friend was in the pool, floating human shit went on to her and she has to jump out of the pool, disgusting!! We complain to the staff but not even an apology!! Rooms are outdated, poor break fast spread, for sure this hotel not value for money. there are much better hotels on the beach for this price.
