Hard Rock Hotel Bali

The staff are all very friendly

We were put in a corner room with a broken air conditioner, lumpy mattress, no balcony, non smoking (even though smoking was requested)... Spent as much time away from the room as possible.

Pool excellent, but never seen staff cleaning throughout the day

Stayed at several hotels in bali but found the Facilities extremely outdated, room very poor and breakfast average for Hard Rockk Hotel

View of the Room, No Tea and Coffee in the room, Extra charges for the slippers, robes and the bad. Only two water bottels in room however the booking was 2 Adults and 2 Children. Resturant serving coffee / tea only at the beginig of the breakfast and it was only warm.

It is a good location for Kuta beach, and was the only major hotel on Bali with free rooms at the time (late June).

There were some plumbing problems in the bathroom and the room was rather poorly furnished. The quality of the band in the bar was not great. The hotel was full of young kids and seemed more like a 2* resort hotel for families than anything relating to rock and roll.
