Value for Money
Great entertainment, beautiful breakfast, well designed pool, friendly staff and helpful, need to update gym a bit and lifts, great games at the pool and close to restaurants, beach behind hotel, so no interference from sellers or drunks

Hotel staff are helpful and friendly. They fulfill your request within a few minutes. Security is good and it's quite safe to stay in Bali.
Hotel should not be 5 star hotel. It's too old and facilities are not good

I have to say that generally deluxe rooms are ok. Problems: you cut extra money from me and I do not know why and for what because the price was already published on website and it is not fair. On my arrival I could not get the room that I have booked. I had to prove my rights for the room and it is really strange for 5 star hotel. Hotel is located right at the ocean and when I go there I have to walk around corners – no straight way. It is not a complain

“Breakfast was good but orange juice was watered down. Room was large and comfortable . Service very good. Bed was fantastic”
