Everything was great! The twin room was bigger than we expected. Everything very clean and new. Cleaning was done daily and towels were changed. Breakfast was good and almost the same evey day, but for 3-4 days, for us, it wasn't a problem. There is a direct subway line to the airpor, and the bus station to the main objectives was just 3 minutes away.

Close to everything

Great Place, ,near two metro stations saldanha and Campo Pequeno , very clean rooms with amazing beds ,and very quiet at night . Served a good breakfast also.Lots of restaurants nearby.

The breakfast time could begin a bit earlier, 8:am is late if you have to catch a early flight.

I had 3 beds in the room; the towels got changed regularly.

The hotel it’s going through a massive refurbishment. From the online photos I was surprised and confused if the old photos were the way the hotel is presently or not. As they have new photos on the booking.com and a mixture of new and old on their website which is misleading. I contacted the hotel directly by email and surprisingly I was informed that they don’t have a website. They should improve their English communication for better understanding. Although I when I walked in the premises for check in I was not acknowledged by the receptionist. She simply looked at me and didn’t say anything. I had to say hello and good afternoon. And that was the norm during the stay. They are too busy by themselves and forget to welcome the clients. The staff didn’t wear any form of identification, or uniform. Very causal, they easily pass as a client. Being an hotel , probably before they were a residential or B&B , and now refurbished and up to date they should take this into consideration. This is merely a positive constructive opinion and hopefully they can improve. Having said that, the hotel is very comfortable, contemporary, extremely clean and the bed was super comfy and the room quiet. Couldn’t hear any noise not even the lift. Best sleep and rest ever, not even in the most expensive hotels one can hear the lifts, and the clients making noise in the corridor. Had small issue with the kettle and bathroom but it was explained and informed that it would improve and they are aware of it. They serve a continental breakfast, variety of bread and local cakes. They have scrambled eggs, baked beans a very British affair. Not necessary at all! Central located, Campo Pequeno and Saldanha tube station it’s about 10 minutes walking. Easy access to Baixa, Avenida , Rossio , etc. There’s one shopping centre in Campo Pequeno, Old Bull Ring and two others in Saldanha. Plenty of cafes and restaurants near the hotel, mini markets, etc ,etc.

The hotel was clean and modern. I booked it last minute at a very low price so my expectation was of something very basic but i was very impressed. Would recommend this hotel and would stay again.

The lady at the reception could have been friendlier but this was a very minor detail.

I loved this place. The owners let me store my bike in my room, which was large for one person. The rooms have been newly refurbished, so it was great to have a clean and fully functional bathroom. The staff (I'm guessing family members) were always ready to answers my questions. The hotel is a 5-minute walk to Campos Pequenos metro stations.

Breakfast was OK, but it's time to move on from beans and eggs and sausages. Now that Brexit is real, maybe European hotels can stop catering to appalling British taste in food. :) However, the fruit, cereal and yoghurt was good.

Room was super clean. Big , neat , Aircon worked good. Toilet was clean. Breakfast was just excellent. Hotel has been completely renovated recently. Bed was so good. My Auchun supermarket was very closeby.

People are excellent. The hotel is going through some construction works. Even those workers are nice, friendly and helpful

The large doors were great to open in the heat.

On general I was satisfied. Nice staff and clean rooms.

The only thing I was disappointed with was that the beds were moving which made my sleep a little discomfortable bed sizes were small so I tended to fall down.

Wonderful, varied breakfast - vast range. The staff were the best I've ever ever seen. They bent over backwards to accommodate me. They were very helpful if I needed anything. Exceptional actually. I will come and stay there again and I've told my friend about this place to stay in when in Portugal. The hotel is very crucial to making your holiday good or bad. I last stayed in a very bad hotel and it spoilt my holiday (I dreaded coming back to the hotel every night) but here was excellent and something to look forward to. Nice country, nice hotel, nice staff!

We booked the hotel due to the price. We had previously stayed one night closer to the old town, nearer the water so we knew this was the other side of the city. We were worried initially when we got there but it worked out fine in the end. It was only a few stops from the airport and allowed us to visit other attractions and generally get a feel for the city as a whole and the metro is so convenient. I was surprised there was breakfast included and I actually thought it would have only been continental but there were some basic hot items too, so overall it was good for a quick bite to get you going. The staff seemed friendly and accommodating.

I hadn't been aware of the construction in the hotel. I'm assuming it said it when booking, but I booked on my phone so I didn't see it. It was on the printout and I'm normally good at reading these things but the text was so small I didn't see it. There is scaffolding covering the front of the building and you can't open your balcony door if facing the street. We were in room 102. Luckily in the end there was no noise from the construction the following morning and we were only staying for 1 night. There were ants in the bathroom, which seemed to be coming from the shore/ drain on the bathroom floor. We informed the hotel on checkout.

Very clean, quite new hotel rooms. Friendly and courteous staff. Tasty breakfasts (more options than I expected from a 1-star hotel!). Located near the centrum (but not the old town). I am surprised that this hotel has only 1 star, surely it deserves at least one more. I'll be back there next time I'm in Lizbon.

Staff were very friendly and spoke English, room was big and clean, shower worked well, location was very convenient right near Saldanha and Campo Pequeno metro stations (red and yellow lines).

The elevator did not work for the majority of my stay, including when I arrived - I had to carry my luggage up to the fourth floor.
