We booked our stay for our honeymoon, and the reception was welcoming. The rooftop staff were excellent and made our experience enjoyable.
There was a complete lack of privacy in the rooms, as housekeeping staff would enter at any time without knocking. Window handles had been removed for safety reasons, leaving no means for proper ventilation. Unfortunately, there was no respect for guests’ personal belongings during cleaning, which resulted in my partner’s suitcase being damaged due to improper handling. However, I would like to acknowledge one housekeeping staff member who tidied the room excellently and showed great care—she deserves recognition for her outstanding work. Additionally, the breakfast offered was very limited and lacked variety, and the price charged did not reflect the quality and selection provided.
