Cons:
Associate was out of the store getting a coffee when I arrived for my scheduled rental pickup, I had to be taken to another store to get the rental because it wasn’t ready, and it was absolutely filthy on pickup. Avoid this rental location.4.0 Mediocre

Car was dirty on outside a quick wipe down was done prior to my arrival however it was still very dusty. Inside of vehicle were carpet stains, build up of food in cup holders and faint smell of cigarette smoke. Vehicle would stutter sporadically while on the road. Nothing! Got to the company and they didn’t even have any cars available. They stated that they haven’t received cars back in from other users so they would have to call us when a car was ready. Ended up canceling the reservation and not having anything. The customer service was VERY unprofessional and unbelievable. If they knew they didn’t have any cars, they should have called everyone to let them know. It was 4 other reservations that came in the same time I was there and had the same issue.Cons:

Pros:
They did not have enough cars for customers, blamed spring break. Stranded people were upset. I got a car as a favor it seemed. But it was old and dirty inside and out (while Covid-19 is still going on), it felt gross, I wiped driver's area myself. I had to ask to get the dirty glasses cleaned. Also dashboard signaled car needing service. Card processing tool was malfunctioning. I had to ask how tolls work in Florida, no info offered. Gave me wrong closing time (on paper, and verbally by the kind but uninformed rep who processed my pick-up) thus I found location closed at drop-off! The representative locked in the office was reluctant to offer assistance. Stressful. It all felt chancy, unreliable, unsettling.Cons:
Should be prepared with sufficient vehicles to match bookings. Clean the cars well. Have knowledgeable and proactive staff. Have consistency in published business hours on all platforms. Provide right info on paper. Have an automated system to send a alert text to renters with drop-off location and time the day before. And, answer the phone!!2.0 Poor

Friendly staff, loved the Chrysler 300.Cons:
My initial flight was delayed so I called asking if I could pick up the car the next day, I was told it wouldn't be a problem but the person I spoke with didn't ask my name or reservation number. When I got there the next day, there were no Chrysler 300's available and I got a Kia Optima that smelled like body odor. I was able to take it to the airport Avis and get the Chrysler thankfully, and everyone was great that I dealt with, but obviously it would have been ideal to get the car I requested at the location I planned. Otherwise I would have just gone to the airport spot.2.0 Poor

The entire location at Avis Rent a Car Miami, FL 6101 Northwest 74th Avenue, Miami, FL 33166 needs to be bulled dozed down to the grown, and all employees need to be fired with no unemployment. Their attitudes are disgusting, and the place is dirty and out dated. the parking lot if filled with rocks and puddles of water. The locations is a complete disgrace.2.0 Poor

Cons:
I was kept waiting at the airport for over an hour without a phone. A kind gentleman called them for me and they still didnt come gor another 40 minutes. When I arrived there were hidden charges that were never mentioned when booking. I was disgusted.2.0 Poor

Cons:
They didn't want to accept my insurance coverage even if I had proof wanted to charge me an extra $15 a day to have insurance with their associates making the total cost more expensive than other rental car companies. Resulted in not using their service because of false information and ended up having to pay for a cab back to Hallandale $50 trip.One location in Flagami
