After making the reservation online submitting the whole payment ,insurance and everything they stated that the vehicle can not be driven to my destination ....Kentucky from Florida.Later on, they claim to take a hefty amount of money from the whole payment because I had to cancel the whole deal.So,in view of this I started to email them back and forth and they took anyways 75$ WITHOUT DOING ANY SERVICE from the money I previously submitted.I just going to make sure that nobody around me rent a vehicle form this thugs. I just wandering how these crooks still operating under US Laws and nothing happened .6.0 Okay

The insurance was a completely different tariff than on the website, we payed for the 9$ insurance that the website offered. And at pickup we had to pay another 97$ because the insurance we payed for first was nowhere to be found.Easirent

The shuttle service was not great. We had to wait for almost an hour at the airport. And then when we dropped it off with an hour to spare we ended up getting an Uber after waiting in their parking lot for the shuttle to take us to the airport.2.0 Poor

The staff was ok, seemed like they were doing their job. The woman on the phone who helped me when I was waiting an hour for the shuttle was very niceCons:
I waited 10 minutes and a shuttle driver told me I need to call for the rental company to come pick me up. By the time I called twice and had waited 30 minutes, I called and talked to a person who apologized and told me someone would be on the way. I ended up waiting an hour in total. When I got to the rental place it was a shack on a lot and there were a whole bunch of hidden fees and it ended up being double the price that I was quoted.NextCar

The Staff showed poor customer service. I had ti call three times fr them t send a shuttle to pick us up from the airport. The person helping us had a nasty disposition, and did not even want to answer our questions. They tried to charge us almost 25% more than what the Kayak quote was. They refused to honor the type of vehicle for the price that was the car class that we chose online.2.0 Poor

Pick up was a maze, it took an hour from the terminal to find their location to find out that there is a shuttle to take to their main office. Once arrived, there was a line outside where we waited an hour (amongst others).There are hidden fees that are claimed to be in the fine print, but be prepared to pay for extra liability (despite having purchased the third party insurance) and for the sun pass $10.99/day or you have to pay a $25 fine plus the toll. In essence, our $343 rental was upwards of $500. We ended up cancelling and spending less on Ubers for the three days we spent there.4.0 Mediocre

While This was the most inexpensive car rental we could find at the time there was a reason for it. It became evident when it took us over two hours to get our rental from the time we were dropped off by the shuttle to the office. Dollar representatives were rude at the desk at pick up. Dollar return reps were talking to co workers and took more than 45 minutes to received the car and handle me the return ticket. I WON'T EVER USE DOLLAR AGAIN...NEITHER WOULD I USE KAYAK...AS I DON'T HAVE ANY SUPPORT FOR THIS SITUATION, WHERE DOLLAR HAVE ROBE ME $ 10008.4 Very Good

Once someone came by it was a fast process. They charged my car and released the rest of the funds immediately which was great!Cons:
I pulled into the drop off section of Dollar and was a bit lost. I stood in a long line and when I got to the front I was told I needed to stand by my car and wait for someone. There was no one in sight so I had no clue this was the process. I suggest putting a sign up that says "wait by your car and someone will be with you".4.8 Mediocre

The booking agent was rude and unhelpful, the handback took for ever as ther was inly 1 agent recieving the cars. Avis is cheapper and faster. The quality of the car was more than okay, needs to be cleanner. Also please dont advertise allianze insurance in your booking page if the at the booking counter they wont accept it. That is plain misleading.SURPRICE CAR RENTAL
