Cons:Didn't even get to fly here because Warsaw took forever . The airport didn't even have an additional flight to take soon.

Cons:In Warsaw they took us by bus in a snow storm in freezing cold. They left us standing on an open bus in minus temperatures for 30 minutes instead of sending a few buses to take us to the plane.

Cons:My entertainment stopped working mid flight. There was someone sitting behind me who was heavier and I was asked not to let my seat back. I was provided no compensation for this discomfort.
