Pros:
the car that we received was like new, fuel efficient, and fun to drive.Cons:
We were not told upfront what the underage fee (<25yr old) would be. =129.01 SF We were charged for winter tires, in march, even though there wasn't any snow on the road (including up at the ski resorts). =32.41 And we were charged $147.84 for fueling even though we only used half a tank. This seems extremely excessive. In all, the price of our rental more than doubled and we did not find this out until after the trip. None of these excess fees were explained at the time of pick up (the contract was written in german and therefore an employee explained the details of the contract to me). I find this ridiculous, and I will not be using this company in the future.Europcar
