Questionable Brown (coffee?) stain all over the ceiling of the car. Cdr smelled like cigarettes. EZ-pass stopped working halfway through the trip. Most expensive rental I’ve ever had, and it was the most disgusting so far. And I’ve beeb renting for awhile.10.0 Wonderful

The car was like new, no issues.Cons:
Why was I allowed to book a drop-off location that was closed on Memorial Day? The person at the Avis counter made ME call Avis to find a solution. The car also didn't have a full tank of gas.10.0 Wonderful

Staff was friendly. However, did not make clear that there was no key drop box for late night drop off. This location is in a hotel. Hard to imagine why this would be the case. Very inconvenient return.Cons:

The insurance booking online was a bit misleading as we purchased online insurance and then purchased insurance at enterprise as we thought we had purchased this already.2.0 Poor

The car I booked through enterprise was 'reserved' at 6PM. I arrived there at 5:59 PM. Enterprise had already locked their gate. Apparently the location closes at 6PM. Kayak and Enterprise should NOT allow cars to be booked at the time the business closes. I was left scrambling to find a car because of this. I will further be upset if I am charged as this was not my fault.6.0 Okay

1- i have reserved a car for a certain price through the web. but on pickup i realized it is not including any type of basic insurance. ended up doubling the rent price i intended to pay. this has made the whole deal very expensive and worthwhile. 2- the car was not as clean.Hertz

Pickup was a little bit of a wait but it was Center City on a Friday afternoon, so it was understandable.Cons:
Upon return I was hassled by a member of the hotel valet staff when dropping off the vehicle; the valet staff thought it would be funny to insist that I was in the wrong place and there was no Hertz at this location. I was frustrated by this experience and informed the attendant at the counter.2.0 Poor

Being from California, I was completely unfamiliar with central Philadelphia so when the drop off address is WRONG and also doesn't specify that it's not a Hertz, but instead a Marriott valet, that can cause quite the stress before a flight. Needless to say, I got lost. At drop off I was rushed and left my pillow in the back seat unknowingly- you would think the man who took the car would say something to me, but he didn't..oh well.136 travellers who rented a car in Society Hill gave the car agency they used an average rating of 5.6
