Guard personal property such as expensive sunglasses Coffee always awful and cold Meal trays toddler sized Not worth the extra cost to fly SQ - use a budget airline, same if not better experience

When boarding, after business class should be premium economy, but economy class already lined-up at the gate blocking premium economy to board. Singapore airline crew should done a better job to organize this chaos :( Thank you.

It seems paying premium economy does not make difference with economy. No priority boarding, not worthy paying extra$$$ for premium economy.

A pc of cake or biscuit at least. The airport was like a maze need to take another bus to the main terminal to immigration.

Flying with Singapore airlines is always excelllent - the crew are lovely and the food too is great. It’s my number 1 airline

They were able to assist my elderly father and myself after not being able to check in to scoot. The counter service was phenomenal. They did what they could to get us on the next plane so we could catch our Connecting flight. Scoot closed early on us so we ended up missing our flight.

Both flights were late for what appeared to be the airline’s not having the planes ready. Arrived over 6 hours late.

Checking in could not be done in the UK for this prt of the flight . Since we only had an hour and a bit at Singapore it was very stressful not knowing if we had appropriate seats. The flight itself was Ok and the 787 had a bit more legroom than the777 from Munich to Singapore. Food wasn't great.

My school age daughter was not sat near me. We left almost an hour late. Therefore arriving late and missing another flight. Since it was not a connecting flight there was nothing Lufthansa could do about it. After the selay in take off and arrival we waited almost an hour for baggage claim. There was zero concern for my inconvenience. I asked if we could insure being seated together on the return. They stated no because we booked through Kayak. I typically love Lufthansa. This was very disappointing.

Crew was great, captain included. Food was scarce, bread was not fresh. seats were very tight, backing seat to sleep disturbs customers. No leg room. earphones uncomfortable. Your extra charges for bags is very problematic for the industry as a whole, leave that for Ryan air. The short flight valencia munich seemed a downgrade for lufthansa, I mean seriously! charging for drinks - real cheap. So overall the price was too high for quality of adveture.

"I am aware that there was a strike at Munich airport, which led to the cancellation of my flight. Additionally, I had insurance for the flight. Lufthansa informed me about the cancellation approximately 2.5 hours before the scheduled flight while I was en route to Rzeszow airport. They offered me accommodation in a hotel for the night and arranged two connecting flights for the next morning, instead of my originally booked single connecting flight. Consequently, I arrived a day later, causing me to miss a day of work and some important meetings. I hope you can assist me in obtaining a refund for this inconvenience."

Only two check in counters for online bag drop, economy and premium economy clients, NO management supervision whatsoever, no announcements, whilst Business and first class had three check in counters operational, with the bulk of clients flying economy on a 747…..very poor service indeed. Stood in a queue for two hours to check in!!!!!! The flight crew were equally indifferent.

They call it a “Dreamliner” but in reality it’s a bit of a nightmare. In short: seating is waaay too cramped in all aspects, food was terrible with bread and butter being the only saving grace, complimentary drinks are too small, and lavatories are too small and absolutely disgusting! Forcing people who travel “economy class” to endure such conditions should be considered criminal! And, I know this is not uniquely a Lufthansa issue; it’s an industry issue and it should be addressed in the interest of humanity.

There was a boarding delay in Almaty. Comfort and food was average.

Flight comfort was good. However, due to delayed flight, waiting was too much while boarding. Moreover, food choices can be improved as well.

Ground staff in New Delhi was very bad. They kept insisting on extra payment for hand baggage and nearly made me miss my flight. Hostile people.
