Flight got canceled without any prior information and it caused lot of trouble

The crew manager let the staff down by not ensuring special dietary requirements meal were coming in drips . The poor cabin crew did not stop . If organised the cabin could take a short break ..The cabin crew were AWESOME UNLIKE THIER TWO MANAGES!

The lounge Emirates uses at Jeddah airport is horrible even with the opening of the new section. Food selection is poor and never enough seating . Staff are not friendly. Boarding process at Jeddah always an absolute mess

Had the salad which tasted awfully spat it out but still got food poisoning 1 after running to toilet crew would not let me sit near toilets I was stuck in window seat

service was slow, to get water had to press 4-5 times , crew come near but never notice, serving those they like to serve, hope this crew can improve their attentive ness and serve everyone respectfully.

Overall experience was bad , one does not expect after travelling for 14 hrs in Boing 777-300 ER to be pushed in to a craft with a extermly poor seating pitch, no room for hand baggage in the luggege bins and extermly poor service quality. This patch made my overall expereince mediocre and would definetly look for better choices when flying in or out of Delhi in future.

Cabin crew were not welcoming.was expecting excellent after traveling in Emirates from Houston to Dubai.

Meals was mis-served inspite of selecting vegetarian food! I was served non- veg in both flights ie., IAD to Dubai and Dubai to Hyderabad. Staff was not that friendly

Some how there was a miscommunication between JetBlue and kayak because my flight was canceled with JetBlue through kayak. I would not have know my flight was canceled unless I had called to verify exactly when my flight was. There was poor communication between kayak and JetBlue and I will never book with neither company every again.

It was also a great experience except to the inconvenience of connecting flights since we need to took buses to go to another terminal and the boarding was easy but if you manage to find the terminal in time. Still it was a great experience with Kayak and Emirates.

Extra seat belt across the chest 10 minutes before taking off and 15 minutes before landing seemed excessively safe.

The transfer from Domestic and International was a bit confusing but I am easily confused. I did not eat any food, but the food on the other leg was decent. It was nice they turned the lights off on the night flight. The plane was in good shape, but was a little cramped in economy and I am small. They gave me a customs form to fill out and nobody looked at it as I went through customs. Not a bad flight.

My case was missing a wheel on arrival Heathrow and the staff were unhelpful when i tried to get some compensation stating it was not sufficient damage, i only wish that they at some point have to deal with the same situation it put me in, maybe they would change their attitude but overall it was a good flight

We are satisfied with the cabin crew serviceand the quality of meals served.

The aircraft was really old, the staff demotivated and the overall United airline service is horrible

Lunch Food was tasteful and had variety. Seat was comfortable. However, when I was reserving my seats during booking, the seat configuration showed was 3-3-3, but when I boarded it was a 2-4-2 configuration? Also during booking, I had also bought travel insurance together with my TG booking. However there was no confirmation of my purchase from Allianz and TG. After several emails with TG contact, sales, reservation and Allianz was i able to confirm my insurance purchase. When the policy was issued, the birth dates of me and my wife were wrongly stated and I had to go through another round of emails with Allianz to get it corrected. Otherwise any claims would be void! It was indeed not a very good booking experience!

Check in was a disaster. 90 minutes and only 2 economy check in desks open. Had to rush to catch the flight.

I couldnt go on this flight and lost all my money over 1,000 UK Pounds as my visa to Myanmar was not accepted :(

Thai Airways is one of the best airlines in the business. Looking forward to fly again with them.

It was a really long flight from Doha to Philadelphia and it was overall a good one. The one area that I would comment on is that there is a lot of single-use plastic and disposables in the meal service for American Airlines. It would be great to see more circular options in the meal service to reduce the amount of waste.

Online check-in doesn't work. That's why I couldn't give it full Star.

The staff at the check in lied. I requested aisle seats he said he gave me aisle seats. In actuality he only gave me aisle seat for 2 hour Karachi to Doha flight. From Doha to Dallas flight he gave me middle seat .

The crew was courteous and efficient. There was no entertainment or liquor service on this short international flight.

Terrible. The website insisted that I wasn't logging in correctly to confirm my flight. It also wouldn't let me register as a member. I was unable to get a boarding pass until 4 hours before the flight so I couldn't get through security and had to wait. It was unlike anything I've experienced in decades.

Okay not so good or great. The flight operated by Indigo is worst from boarding to luggage handling and food. Damaged one luggage and delayed another luggage. Still did not get it, since 2 days.

Better service is needed. I booked for Qatar but I was switched to American way after I bought my tickets.

Qatar Airlines code share with Indigo has been a terrible experience for me on these notes: 1. Indigo changed by flight without informing me of the change, they did not ask me if I am okay with the change. I discovered this change when I was trying to do online check-in through the Qatar mobile app. When I called Qatar customer support, they mentioned Indigo changed my flight due to the original flight being cancelled, but the fact is that flight was scheduled and departed correctly, it was never cancelled. 2. When asked why my flight was changed without informing me, they mentioned that they sent email/phone call to my travel agent, and it is was my travel agent that did not inform me, which again was another false statement. 3. I called Qatar Airlines (third call on the day of my trip) to request them to put me back on the same flight, they mentioned that they could for an extra $2500, as the original class I was booked on was not available, we are still talking economy only not business class, I said no way. 4. I called the travel agent, and they mentioned that they will work with Indigo and asked me to be prepared to travel on the later flight I was bumped to. While I was making my hotel/taxi arrangements for the new flight, I got a call and email saying they were able to get me on the original flight with no extra cost. So, after 2+ hours of talking to customer support, and a lot of stress on my last day of vacation, I flew back as originally scheduled, but this nightmare is just a horrible experience that I will never fly on Indigo/Qatar again.
