The food was not that good. I liked the miso, green tea, and ice cream. I wasn’t able to put my carry on bag under the seat in front of me. The flight was smooth. Please expand your choices of movies especially the new ones. I can’t choose any of those films. They’re old.

I like the braised beef., miso soup,, and green tea. Very little choices of hollywood movies. The PA announcement in English was not very clear and very soft. I could hardly hear.

More updated movies & Chinese movies. The food sometimes overcooked. Prefer to have more neat snacks in between than just choose from the menu. Please change the menu every now and then. This is my second time flying within one year and the menu didn’t change at all!

Food is lagging. Very poor choice. Like vending machine fast food.

Please change the menu more often. The beef is not tender, more choice in ice cream flavor. Dessert is not good too.

The Experience was fantastic, it's a quick flight so no entertainment or food. Just a refreshment

l enjoyed the variety of good and drink choices. The flight attendants were very quick and efficient to our needs.

-Bathrooms were regularly checked/maintained. -Food was okay, but the miso soup was good. -Top of my foot got bitten by a bug when I took off my shoes and was only wearing my socks. It was swollen and very itchy for several days.

When boarding, after business class should be premium economy, but economy class already lined-up at the gate blocking premium economy to board. Singapore airline crew should done a better job to organize this chaos :( Thank you.

It seems paying premium economy does not make difference with economy. No priority boarding, not worthy paying extra$$$ for premium economy.

A pc of cake or biscuit at least. The airport was like a maze need to take another bus to the main terminal to immigration.

Flying with Singapore airlines is always excelllent - the crew are lovely and the food too is great. It’s my number 1 airline

They were able to assist my elderly father and myself after not being able to check in to scoot. The counter service was phenomenal. They did what they could to get us on the next plane so we could catch our Connecting flight. Scoot closed early on us so we ended up missing our flight.

They are great with every aspect of customer service. Helped my elderly father and aided him with using the restroom.

Transfer within the same terminal and lots of facilities at the airport.

The plane had a technical problem it would delayed 10 hours but they just gave limited information and put all passengers into the Miracle lounge. Ther were not enough chairs and so on.

Ensure there is a choice of food for all customers and also enough food

We boarded the plane at 1:20 pm It was hot. There was no air-conditioning It was stifling They kept us on the plane sitting there for 1 hour and 10 minutes

No space in between the seats as per them the average height of human is 5’3” and weight as 55, so seats are designed as per the same. Also, the aircraft was dirty and full of insects

when we arrived at Taipei no one help us to get boarding pass. we saw a few people there asked them for help but they just ignored us. There was a guy told us to call Starlux number to get help but we don’t know how to dial the number until there was a lady working there helped us to call Starlux customer then someone came down took us to another counter for boarding pass. Very confused and inconvenient. We might not choose Starlux again in the future.

There was no entertainment and food option limited But the service was first class on an economy flight

They didn't have a vegetarian food in spite of the ore order

Vietnam airlines is just one step upper to the cheapest one (vietjet, if you wanted delays and cancel or feel like a criminal then vietjet is for you) for sure better customer cares and on time.

Upgrade their seats. They’ve got 20-year-old business class seats in their 777s. The food choices. On the way to Manila and the way back I thought we’re lousy compared to other carriers. The staff was fantastic and very happy.

Continual rescheduling of flights, inflight entertainment system did not work, staff not pleasant to interact with.

So far pal express is much better than Cebu pacific in terms of customers service and in flight crew. And on time departure and arrival . Especially if you're taking airbus 320 plane . But the small aircraft like bombardier . It usually delayed .

Everything could better always late always rescheduled flight is worse and costs me a hotel room! The dirtiest planes I’ve ever flown on slowest to board . Just awful will never fly again with them

I paid for an aisle seat on my booking but for my return flight back in the US I was ina middle seat. I didnt realize this until i was already on the plane.

Food could have been improved. I expected a bigger serving.

I like the non stop flights…..saves you time. Just the food at the economy…..i wish they make it look appetizing. But otherwise, i would still fly with PAL.

I’ve had previous bad experiences with Philippine Airlines so i was pleasantly surprised with the vast improvement in comfort, service and food quality.

The checkin was unacceptable. Agent took about 3-5 min minutes with me, standing in front of her, and not in acknowledging my presence. Finally, when she started processing my check in as a priority passenger, she neglected to give me a lounge pass until I reminded her . when I went to the lounge, they didn’t have me registered. However, the agent there still accepted me Did not tag my luggage as priority, so I had to wait until almost the very end before my luggage appeared. My Wi-Fi as premier elite did not work. This was not a good start to my lengthy flight.

I am a tall person so the seat was rather small for me lucky for me it was a short flight or i would not have been able to fly long distance in a seat that size.

The seats are too cramped, there is barely enough room to shift weight. This could be easy to endure in a one-hour flight, but not more than that. The crew did not clean up shortly after meals. The tray table remained open because of the meal and ate up what is left of the little seating space. The crew were just idling by for 45 minutes before they collected the trash. The airline did not inspect carry-on luggage. Most of the passengers brought too many bags, too large and/or over the weight limit. This undermines safety and discourages those who pay extra for checked bags just to comply with the airline regulations. If the airline is not inspecting carry-on luggage, why should I pay more just to check in some bags?

Terrible, I will never ever ever attempt to fly on Cebu Pacific. I understand that it’s a cheap flight option but they take cheap experience to the next level.

The front desk and early check in was fantastic and the flight did not have any turbulence

the process of paying for the excess baggage weight, the check in process and the boarding process are subhuman. this is an airline devoid of customer service

Cebu Pac has a habit of changing boarding gates. They do a lot of remote boarding. So just be attentive to the announcements, especially if it's near your boarding time.

It was a low cost flight, so no high expectations. The experience was average.

Crew was very helpful because I used a wheelchair to get around
