Before the flight I received an email from LH that our seat were changed to other comparable seats. At boarding however we found our reassigned “comparable” seats were directly by the toilet. They sure were no “comparable “ seats and we were quite disappointed!

Seats are too close together, there is not enough legroom. Food was pretty bad. TV didn’t work for more than half the flight which was annoying. Crew was annoyed that I complained about the TV they shut down the system and it restarted but then froze again. Asked them again but they were annoyed only to shut it down again it worked for two hours then froze again.

It was excellent. I upgraded from premium economy to business and it was totally worth it. We were on a 747 and I sat upstairs and enjoyed the privacy. The crew was incredible especially the woman who had been working with you all for 30 years.she was absolutely spectacular as was her cabin. The food was delicious. I would just serve bread with the meal. Don’t take it away!

Email noting gate change was good. Very bad: credit card machine broke down to charge for a checked bag. Lady at the counter read my credit card number OVER THE PHONE to a woman in Germany. Very insecure!!

Terrible. Had to go through customs and pick up our luggage. Then they said we couldn't make our connecting flight to MKE when we had 35min before takeoff. There were no other flights out on any airline so we would've had to spend the night at ORD. We were able to get a ride to MKE at our expense instead. Ridiculous that they would not allow us to try to make the flight, which we would have. Assuming rechecking the luggage was the problem. They should not have listed this as a viable connecting flight if there was no chance in making it. There was 4 people in our party.

Lufthansa employees they has to work more with the customers and they delayed the flight for two hours every 20 minutes every 20 minutes every 20 minutes every 20 minutes

Horrible. My gate did not get updated with our boarding pass. We didn’t receive any communication regarding gate change. Also not enough time was given in between flights. Zero consideration for people who are coming from abroad and have to get through customs and US border patrol

Flight delay of 4 1/2 hours with no reason for over 3 hours. Missed our connection in Rome & had to pay for an additional flight.

This flag ght was cancelled at 3:30 AM the morning of departure! My son and I were nearly stranded until BA rep at airport found me alternate flights home. I had paid for seat upgrades, $75 for one suitcase, had no gluten-free food, had to arrive home at JFK instead of EWR, where my driver would have met me. That day was a pure nightmare!

My flight was cancelled and I was rebooked onto 2 flights on American Airlines: one from Heathrow to Charlotte and then one from Charlotte to Tampa.

My flight out of Miami was delayed by 2 hours which meant I had to quickly make other arrangements for pick-up in Glasgow. A $9 voucher for food was issued. That’s not much of a gesture in my opinion.

Friendly crew members. Food was so-so, below average. However, ice cream add a little touch and made a difference.

My experience was very disappointing. Firstly I was unable to check in using the kiosks. Secondly even though I purchased a flight with one checked bag, I was told at the counter that a checked bag was not included in my flight booking. And I had to pay for my bag. At the check in counter, the airline representative was very arrogant and demeaning. She insisted on charging me £140 for the luggage. And said it was an automatic charge calculated by the scale. This didn’t make sense to me. As it was 0.5 kg overweight. Which only required me to remove 2 bottles of water. Having an extensive flight schedule that involved multiple flights included NY and Brussels, this leg of my flight was the most stressful and unpleasant.

Sardine can herringbone layout in business class. Uncomfortable and nowhere to put your book, phone, headphones, etc. worst hard product ever, and the service and food aren’t good enough to make it worthwhile. Expensive garbage. British Airways purchased this thinking only about financials, clearly not customer experience. British Airways business class is the garbage truck of the skies. Hard pass!

These 777 planes really shouldn’t have 3-4-3 seats in economy. Very little leg room and the aisles were tiny. It was very uncomfortable for a 7 hour flight. (These same planes used to be 3-3-3 for seats until 2018).

The issue wasn’t necessarily with British Airlines but was a reaction to their delayed flight from Miami to London on Aug 18. Due to the delay out of Miami, we missed our BA flight with Aer Linguis on the 19th from London to Cork, Ireland. The attendant in London was helpful and rebooked us for a flight later that same day ($120). However, she failed to mention that as a result of the missed flight, our returning flight was also cancelled and the rebooking cost was $451. Disappointed at the lack of communication between airlines and between the agent and the customer.

Flight was delayed hours which caused us to miss our connection and lose a day of vacation. CHS staff was great.
