The fact it’s in Ibiza and beach nearby
Spent a lot of money for a room that looked like a jail cell. Completely not matching the pictures, as all the pictures show the nice rooms only facing the beach, not the ones facing the side road with graffiti. Food wasn’t great.
It was kept clean and serves a purpose
The staff were lovely and the location was perfect for what I needed

Location is great, rooms are very spacious, our sea view room was excellent looking over the bay.
Loved the location , right on the beach . Balcony overlooked the pool and sea . Good breakfast

In one of the rooms we stayed in (425) we noticed cockroach. The room was dirty and the view was on the destroyed closets. This is not you see on the hotel photos view :(
Great location for San Antonio. Close enough to the nightlife but far away enough for it to be quiet.
All inclusive starts after check in at 2pm and finishes at 11am after check out. Which works if you arrive late and leave early but if you are in the hotel all day on your last day, you are unable to get anything to eat or drink. So effectively, you are missing out on the last day you have paid for.
Room was great. Short walk to the pool, the beach, the restaurant, the bars, the water taxi, everywhere! It was the perfect location. Facilities in the room and the hotel were incredible! Will be staying here again
Very strict with timings. I was maybe 1min over the 6pm cut off time for snack bar (as there had been a queue) and it was closed. End of. No discussions. Which I get but still, it’s 1-2mins
