Pros (+) Clean and modern, staff were fantastic and were all very polite and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic and loads of choices. Rooms were also very clean and beds comfortable, bathrooms had everything we needed and balcony view of the sea was a bonus

Cons (-) Beds not very comfortable and the double was two twins together. Staff unfriendly (also rude customers sadly), and very noisy poolside speakers audible in room.

Pros (+) Proximity to local restaurants and Ibiza town. The breakfast selection and the coffee was good ! Balcony with sun beds to watch the world go by !

Pros (+) Location, facilities and very nice rooms.

Cons (-) The lack of soundproofing between the rooms. Unfortunately you can hear the voices of guests in the adjoining room very clearly, plus the sound of the shower next door and toilet being used. This makes it virtually impossible to sleep any later than you neighbours.

Pros (+) location is great, breakfast is amazing, clean, good view and pleasant staff, efficient restaurant at breakfast and well located for all things to do in Ibiza. It's my 3rd time staying and I will come back as the quality to price ratio is good at this time of the year.

Cons (-) The shower leaked all over the floor and even though we filled out a mid-stay survey to complain about this, it was never addressed. In addition, we paid for a sea facing view and had this, but we had the room in the middle, so part of the view was blocked - not a big deal because it was still a great view, but I would ask to have a better room next time.

Pros (+) Great hotel and location with plenty of nice restaurants on the doorstep. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, and I’m super picky. So much choice, Staff was great and helpful too.

Cons (-) Small details but we always like tea making facilities in the room and there wasn’t any. And yes, the walls are thin so you don’t want to be near the lift.
