Cons (-) The pullout end was dirty I asked 3 times for sheets and pillows for the extra bed NEVER recieved them even went to the office and was told he didnt have the keys right now! Took me till the following day after check in to get extra towels and then would only give us 2 (there were 3 of us). You have to pay for ice never ever stayed somewhere I had to pay for ice. The lamps in the room had no bulbs...
