Pros (+) Location is great for access to the town, the beach and loads of bars and restaurants. The street outside is very quiet despite the close proximity to some very busy bars. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
Cons (-) It was a lot quieter than we expected and therefore the bar/restaurant in the hotel wasn't open on very many occasions that we saw, but this was mid December so .....

Pros (+) Relatively close to the centre of Caleta de Fuste.
Cons (-) Our room smelled horribly as the previous tenant had apparently smoked heavily, for which we weren’t offered any compensation. Staff speak no Spanish. No breakfast or any amenities, apart from a tiny pool.
