Stayed in the Penthouse suite on the Top floor 6 Their signature room but at a great price. Our room was huge with 8 large bay windows overlooking the whole of Olbia Bay 270 degree views Spa bath ensuite Rooftop Garden with 360 degree views of Olbia Incredible Sunrise Right in the middle of Olbia & all the action Parking was included Fantastic week here

Pros (+) Excellent location in historic Olbia, with many restaurants in courtyards and alleyways immediately beside hotel or a couple of minutes walking. The car park is secure, gated, and conveniently 1-2 minutes by foot down the street. Breakfast was very good. The rooftop has several seating areas, providing lots of privacy for relaxing, and a great place to watch the sunset.

Cons (-) Upon entering my room i immediately saw my sheet torn in a few places by the pillow. It was obvious. Holes in the sheet. I told the front desk and by that time the housekeeping had gone. The next morning I went shopping and housekeeping came and made my bed leaving the torn sheet to visually see as I entered. I was surprised they didn’t fix it the next time and left it

Pros (+) Enjoyed the breakfast, lots of variety and fresh and delicious. The location in the old city was great, better than I envisioned. The room was clean, beds comfortable. There was a problem with the bathroom as there was an odour. I think there was a blockage in the toilet. We reported it to reception and after that it wasn't as bad. Overall was a great place to stay.
